This Preliminary Information Form (the “Form”) has been prepared, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), for the purpose of informing the consumer (the “BUYER”) who places an order via the MarineHero platform (operated by PERA Nautica Denizcilik A.Ş. (“PERA Nautica”)).

Important: This Form must be read by the BUYER before payment is made and confirmed by means of a separate checkbox (not pre-ticked). Without such confirmation, the contract shall be deemed not concluded.

This English text is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version (“Ön Bilgilendirme Formu”) shall prevail.

1. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

The type, scope, place of performance and duration/date of the ordered marine service are shown in the order summary. (E.g. captain, crew, fuel bunkering, maintenance-repair, cleaning, security, concierge, etc.)

2. IDENTITY INFORMATION OF THE PROVIDER AND THE INTERMEDIARY

The PROVIDER (Seller) supplying the service: The name/legal name shown on the order screen, the MERSİS number (if any), full address, telephone and e-mail information.

Intermediary Service Provider / Platform: PERA Nautica Denizcilik A.Ş. (PERA Nautica) — Address: İVEDİKOSB MAH. 2224 CAD. Kapı No:1 Daire No:116 YENİMAHALLE/ANKARA · MERSİS: 0728084781800001 · E-mail: support@peranautica.com.

PERA Nautica is not the seller of the service; it brings the parties together and acts as an intermediary for the collection of the price.

3. CONTACT INFORMATION

4. COMPLAINT NOTIFICATION CHANNEL

You may submit your requests and complaints to PERA Nautica and/or the PROVIDER, separately from the general contact channel, via support@peranautica.com.

5. TOTAL PRICE

The total price of the service including all taxes (VAT included) together with (if any) the platform/service commission is shown in the order summary; this is the amount to be charged to the card. Where the price cannot be calculated in advance, the method of calculation is specified.

6. PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE AND UNDERTAKINGS

Payment is collected by credit/debit card via the Virtual POS (Sanal POS) infrastructure of an authorized Payment Institution. The manner and time of performance of the service are specified in the order summary. The collected price is paid to the PROVIDER after deduction of the commission.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal (cayma hakkı) within 14 (fourteen) days as of the day the contract is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The notice of withdrawal shall be directed in writing or by means of a permanent data storage device to the address support@peranautica.com. The sample withdrawal form is set out in the annex to the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) and is made available to the BUYER.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the following cases the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised (Article 15 of the Regulation), and the BUYER has been informed of this matter:

• Hospitality, transport, entertainment-leisure and similar services whose performance is agreed to take place on a specific date or period;
• Services performed instantaneously in electronic form;
• Services whose performance has begun with the BUYER’s approval and is completed before the 14-day period expires.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AVENUES

Depending on the monetary thresholds, the BUYER may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) (the 2026 monetary threshold for provincial/district consumer arbitration committees is 186,000 TL) or, pursuant to Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) following mediation as a precondition for litigation (dava şartı arabuluculuk). The competent authority is the place of residence of the BUYER or the place where the transaction was carried out.

10. JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY AND THE SOURCE OF THE INFORMATION

The service description and price information in the order summary are essentially provided by the PROVIDER. PERA Nautica is, pursuant to the legislation, jointly and severally liable (müteselsil sorumluluk) with the PROVIDER for the accuracy of the preliminary information entered through the Platform. Since collection is carried out through the Platform, it is also jointly and severally liable for the refund/withdrawal obligation.
