How it works
Find. Request. Agree. Close.
Negotiation, agreement and completion all happen inside the platform, on the record. The conversation does not drift to WhatsApp and the payment does not drift to cash.
01 — Find
Open the map at your marina. Providers appear as pins within a radius you choose — 10, 25, 50 or 100 km. Filter by service type, or search the directory instead and sort by rating or hourly rate.
A provider's page shows their rate and currency, years of experience, availability, spoken languages, business licences and certifications, and the reviews customers have left.
02 — Request
A request carries a title, a description, up to five photos or videos, and the exact location dropped on a map. You also attach the vessel it is for, from the boats saved in your profile — make, model, year, length, draft, engine and fuel type.
That context is the point. A mechanic who knows the engine before arriving brings the right parts.
03 — Agree
When a provider accepts, a chat opens automatically. They send a priced offer inside it — an amount, a currency and a note on what the price includes. You accept or decline; they can revise it while it is still pending.
If you do not share a language, turn on translation and the incoming messages arrive in yours, with the original one tap away. The app runs in English, Turkish, Russian and Greek.
04 — Close
The provider can schedule a site visit with a date, a time and a note. When the work is done, both sides mark it complete — the job only closes when both have confirmed, and only then does the payment release from escrow to the provider.
Afterwards you can leave one review, and the provider can reply to it once.
Every step above leaves a record: the request, the offer, the agreed price and both completion confirmations. If something is disputed later, there is something to point at.
